Электронная медицинская карта (ЭМК) позволяет улучшить качество медицинских услуг и скорость передачи медицинской информации между организациями и пациентом. Цель. Поделиться опытом разработки неонатального модуля и его внедрения в медицинские организации, а также показать преимущества и недостатки ЭМК, проблемы, с которыми столкнулись авторы статьи при разработке и внедрении ЭМК, и пути их решения. Методы. Представлен опыт разработки и внедрения неонатального модуля автоматизированной информационной системы Региональный акушерский мониторинг (АИСТ РАМ) на базе Екатеринбургского клинического перинатального центра. Результаты. После изучения нормативной базы разработана и внедрена ЭМК пациента. Неонатальный модуль АИСТ РАМ включает все необходимые документы. Проблемы, с которыми мы столкнулись в процессе разработки и внедрения, являются распространенными. После изучения литературы и с учетом особенностей нашей медицинской организации предложены определенные пути их решения. Заключение. ЭМК в неонатологии позволит улучшить качество оказания помощи, снизит количество ошибок, обеспечит доступность информации, уменьшит нагрузку на медицинский персонал.
